​We Are Still Kings" is a platform dedicated to honoring the strength, creativity, and resilience of African American men. Built on 13 core pillars that are represented in 3 tiers - Foundation, Development and Expansion with a mission is to provide the tools, connections, and inspiration for Black men to embrace their purpose, elevate their communities, and thrive in every area of life.
Our core pillars represent the guiding principles that shape our mission and drive our efforts to uplift, inspire, and equip Black men to lead purpose-driven lives.

This pillar encourages African American men to deepen their faith and spiritual connection, offering guidance on living with purpose, integrity, and alignment with higher principles.

Focused on self-worth and identity, this pillar empowers Black men to embrace their cultural heritage, defy negative stereotypes, and cultivate a strong, positive sense of self.
MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY
Breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, this pillar promotes awareness, open discussions, and access to resources for emotional and psychological well-being among Black men.
EMOTIONAL INTELLEGENCE & RESILIENCE
This pillar encourages African American men to deepen their faith and spiritual connection, offering guidance on living with purpose, integrity, and alignment with higher principles.
RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

DEAR BLACK MAN CONFERENCE
Our mission is to empower, inspire, and celebrate African American men. Through the "Dear Black Man" Conference, we envision a future where African American men are agents of change, breaking down barriers, and leading the way toward a more inclusive and equitable society. This vision is one of hope, strength, and empowerment, where the impact of the conference extends far beyond its duration, enriching the lives of African American men and the communities they touch. Together, we are writing a story of resilience, achievement, and unity that will inspire generations to come.

DEAR BLACK MAN SERIES
The Dear Black Man Series is a transformative, faith-rooted, culturally resonant initiative created to elevate, affirm, and restore Black men through powerful storytelling, communal dialogue, and healing-centered conversations. At its core, the series serves as a sacred space for Black men to be seen, heard, valued, and honored — not just for what they’ve overcome, but for who they are and what they’re destined to become.
